Terms of Service
By purchasing a ticket or publishing an event through Tiko, you agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the platform.
Tickets
All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled or postponed by its organizer. Each ticket is valid for one entry only and cannot be reused once checked in at an event.
Organizers
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details and for honoring valid tickets sold through Tiko. Tiko charges a platform fee on ticket sales, disclosed before publishing.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our supported payment partners. A ticket is only issued once payment has been confirmed.
